Ordering Process
Use this page for pearl quality notes, quotation guidance, images, and buying references. Main content can be edited from Shopify Pages.
1. Browse and select
Start with the product pages and note the pearl type, size, color, quality grade, purchase unit, and quantity you need.
2. Send special or wholesale requirements
For custom matching, larger quantities, repeat orders, or products marked for quotation, contact us with the product link, destination country, deadline, and intended use.
3. Confirm the current lot
We confirm current availability, pricing, quantity requirements, and any relevant batch photos or videos before processing special orders.
4. Confirm payment
Available sample quantities can be paid through the website. Wholesale or custom orders may be confirmed with a separate quotation or invoice after the specifications are agreed.
5. Quality check and packing
The order is checked against the confirmed size, color, luster, shape, quantity, and matching direction. Pearls are then packed for international transport.
6. Shipping and tracking
The suitable shipping option is confirmed according to destination, parcel size, order value, delivery time, and budget. Tracking details are provided after dispatch.
