30-Day Return Window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
Returned goods must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Pearl strands must not be cut, and loose pearls must not be drilled, set, or otherwise modified after delivery.
Customized goods, special drilling or matching requests, and products marked final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order.
Natural Pearl Characteristics
Freshwater pearls are natural materials. Small differences in shape, color, luster, size, and surface texture are normal characteristics and are not automatically considered defects. We use product descriptions, photos, and order confirmations to communicate the expected grade and appearance.
Return Shipping
For preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and related fees. If we shipped an incorrect item or the goods have a confirmed quality issue, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or return-shipping solution.
How to Request a Return
Email runyoufupearl@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the request, and clear photos or video of the goods. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
Refunds
After the returned goods are received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
